Need to lose 15-30 lbs? The Shape-Up program is designed to help you lose weight and firm up while you're
at it.  Duration of program may be 3-4 months.

3. High Maintenance:

Already reached your fitness goal but scared of falling back into old habits? The High-Maintenance program
will keep you on the right track. Stay on it as long as you want until you feel comfortable going solo.
Duration- 1 month +

4. Burn-N-Tone:

Burn those last few pounds of fat and learn the right exercises to tone your legs ,abs and arms. 
Duration - 2-3 months.

5. Body Sculpting:

Our body sculpting sessions will give your body a lean and slimmer look. Duration-2-3 months.

6. Body Building: 
Our body building program will help put on some muscles mass. Duration- 3+ months. 

7. Performance Training:

Build agility, speed, power , coordination and balance with performance training. Duration-3-12 months.
