                               BASIC NUTRITION ADVICE.
Along with and intense exercise program, a good nutrition program is needed to reach your fitness goal.

Eat To lose
Eat to lose weight is a program where you eat 5 or 6 small portion meals a day. This allows your body to burn the calories most efficiently and you will see the pounds melt away. Combining this program with an exercise program and you will look more slim and feel terrific.

Being fit and trim should be your aim. You want to lose those pounds when you are eating food and not stored away as fat. This is why you are eating small portions a number of times a day, so the calories are quickly metabolized by your body.

Furthermore, when you spread your meals out more, you keep your metabolism going. You most definitely want this. It’s the part of our body that burns calories and fat.

Are you ready to eat to lose wieght? If your answer is yes, then here are a few things you should focus on. Drink plenty of water each day; 6–8 glasses if you can. Try to eat only healthy, lean meats like poultry and fish.

Pork and beef are generally heavier in fat. And finally, go for the healthy carbs, which are found in low–fat granola, 100% whole wheat breads, multigrain products and beans. You’ll be slimming down in no time.

Eat To Live

Have you ever heard the expression, eat to live; don’t live to eat? It makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Americans especially are known for their atrocious eating habits.

So many of us eat random snacks and junk food when we’re not even hungry. This naturally leads to health afflictions such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes. So basically we need to adopt a new way of life.

One where we eat to lose wieght, instead of one that continues to make us gain weight. Yeah, you heard it right! You need to eat in order to shed unwanted pounds. Everything has to do with your diet plan.

It’s becoming more and more common for folks to consume 5 or 6 meals a day. Why, you might ask? Because this is a great way to lose weight. What many people don’t realize is that you can eat on a regular basis, and not get fat. You just have to eat the right foods.

Eat As Many Vegetables As You Like

For example, you can gobble down as many vegetables as you like. It’s unlikely you’ll gain excess fat. The nutrients your body acquires from the vegetables will assist your immune system and metabolism. But, you should also know what to avoid.

Avoid Processed Foods

Processed foods like cookies, chips, candy, and sugary snacks are for the birds. Avoid them as much as you can. They’re what make you gain fat. And that’s the last thing your body needs.

WOMEN AND WEIGHT TRAINING FOR FAT LOSS...

 I have been getting a lot of messages and comments from women who are really reluctant to start strength straining and lifting weights as part of their workout regimens because they are terrified that they will suddenly bulk up like a body builder and lose their femininity. NOT TRUE AT ALL...

First let me say that I have a tremendous amount of respect for female bodybuilders. While it is not a look that any of my client would want, the amount of dedication and effort that these athletes invest into their bodies is staggering. Hours upon hours of brutally intensive daily training and incredibly advanced nutritional plans and supplementation go into making women appear this muscular.

I am training women everyday and I push them hard, but they are not coming even remotely close to the training level necessary to start bulking up like these female bodybuilders.
